Qualitative study about Supervision Experience of Experienced play-therapist

Abstract
This study has the purpose of exploring factors and processes of play-therapist supervision. Eight play- therapists were interviewed and the interview data were analyzed based on the grounded theory approach. As the result of analysis, our major phenomenon was the experience of learning and growth. Supervison depended on the requirement of play-therapists as a course and a sense of responsibility and burden were casual relationship. A sub-category of it has needed for learning professional play-theraphy and a point of view and philosophy, and enhancing understanding of himself(or herself) as a play-therapist, and maintenance of behavior assisted for growing as a play-therapist. In this learning and experience of growth, supervisee employs some strategies for making an effort to change whith in him(or her) and action/interaction that is making an effort to realize supervision and superviser in the mental facets. Also he (or she) employs strategy for behavioral actions/interactions such as an effort growth of a expert and an attempt to solve inner problem and an effort for changes of some situations. These conditions of contexts can be divided into how his(or her) work of supervision chooses and what choice restrictions of cases are. Arbitrative conditions are charateristics and relationship of an supervisee and superviser. Through interactions of various conditions and central phenomenons, a play-therapist has grew up expertly and humanly as a competent one who has the expertise. With that, he(or she) has experienced indivisualization, and partially can experience amalgamative relationship depended on continuously.
